All products are printed and prepared after your order is placed.

Processing time: 2–5 business days
(This does not include shipping time.)

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Shipping times vary depending on your location:

United States: 3–7 business days
International: 7–21 business days

Please note that shipping delays may occur during holidays or high-volume periods.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — be sure to check our homepage or announcement bar for current deals.

Urban Fiction Thingz is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Urban Fiction Thingz is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If this happens, please contact your local post office or carrier directly.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the damage

We’ll gladly arrange a replacement.
