Thank you for shopping with Urban Fiction Thingz! Each item in our store is made to order especially for you. Because of this, we have a limited return policy outlined below.
🖤 Made-to-Order Products
All of our products are created on demand once an order is placed. This means we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
• Wrong size
• Change of mind
• Buyer’s remorse
• Incorrect address provided at checkout
Please double-check sizing charts and shipping information before completing your purchase.
✅ Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we’re happy to replace it at no additional cost.
To request a replacement, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the issue
• A brief description of the problem
Once approved, a replacement will be issued.
❌ Items Not Eligible for Return
Because items are made to order, we cannot accept returns for:
• Normal wear and tear
• Color variations due to screen differences
• Size issues
• Custom or personalized items
📦 Lost Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact your local post office first.
Urban Fiction Thingz is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation.
💳 Refunds
Refunds are only issued for damaged or defective products that cannot be replaced.
If approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
